PRODUCTION CANCELLATION AND OVERTIME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement formulates established work practices and etiquette of the industry and by which the above production company operates.

BOOKING POLICY:

50% deposit required to confirm booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A cancellation fee will apply at the rate of 50% of the Full Day Rate if the shoot is cancelled.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the Full Day Rate will apply if the shoot is cancelled within a 24 hour period from shoot date. If the party would like to reschedule that option is also available.

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

If you wish to reschedule a professional video shoot, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time provided by your Project Coordinator. If you cancel or reschedule a shoot less than 48 hours’ notice, you agree to pay any applicable Reschedule Fee of 20%.
